The Rubens House is more than a museum. It is the actual house of Peter Paul Rubens, the brilliant artist who has inspired artists and art aficionados worldwide for over 400 years. Here, in in this city palace is where Rubens lived with his family and worked with his colleagues and assistants in the workshop.

Many of his works were created here in this house. Here he also received important patrons and cherished his own unique art collection. This unique museum, the master’s house, is the only place in the world where Rubens’s presence can be so keenly felt.
