The archeological site provides both Allobroge and Roman remains, including the churches prior to the current cathedral; the oldest one dating back to the end of the 4th century, a striking witness of Paleochristian Geneva.
Located under the cathedral and its surroundings, this archeological journey, which covers over 3,000 square meters, allows visitors to discover unknown aspects of Geneva's history, from the Celt period up until the Middle-Ages.
