Hello. We invite you to take a walk around the Cannaregio area.

This is one of the six historical districts of Venice, which is located in the northern part of the city and is the most remote. The name of the area came from the swamp and the reeds growing on it (in Italian canne). The area, as a rule, does not attract the attention of tourists, with the exception of the train station and two busy streets in its southern part. There are few visitors here, because everyone immediately rushes to San Marco. The more pleasant it will be to walk through the streets of the "real" Venice and look at the main attractions of the area: the Ghetto and the Gothic church of Madonna dell'Orto.
