The Seu Vella is one of the most emblematic monuments of Catalonia, located in Lleida. Known as the old cathedral of Lleida, the Seu Vella is not only an outstanding example of Catalan Romanesque architecture but also symbolizes the rich history of the city and its culture. The construction of the cathedral began in the 13th century under the reign of Jaume I and was mainly completed in the 18th century, but its construction was a long process that included influences from various architectural styles over the years.

In 2004, the Seu Vella was declared a Cultural Asset of National Interest and is part of the UNESCO cultural routes for its historical and artistic value.
