During the Czechoslovak period, the city was enriched by many buildings of modernist architecture, including the unique complex of Malyi Halahov. Vladyslav is a professional historian and experienced tour guide. He is interested in local history studies and traditional gastronomic culture of the Carpathian region. The current place of work is the Agency for Regional Development of the Zakarpattia region, where together with the team he implements projects related to the development of tourism. He has experience in rural development projects in the Transcarpathian region. He has knowledge of the history and culture of the region, local lore, traditional crafts and trades, folklore in the Ukrainian Carpathians.
