The museum has a collection of 580 Black Barbies on permanent loan by Kareema Thomas. The youngest sister of the founder Debra Britt. The collection includes  the first black Barbie, sports, careers, fashion, holiday, (OOAK) one of a kind, historical, and s some of the most coveted designer dolls
