Saal 2 wurde 1637 nach einem Entwurf von Bernini gleichzeitig mit dem Dritten Saal geschaffen. Der obere Teil der Wände ist hier mit Friesen geschmückt, die in Tempera auf Leinwand gemalt wurden und bis heute erhalten sind.
