Audio tour 5. Culinary Itinerary "The Land and its tastes"

Through this itinerary we would like to introduce you to the delicacies of our homeland. Since we are going to talk about Caltanissetta’s specialties, tastes and aromas, we couldn’t start our tour anywhere else but from Caltanissetta’s ancient market: the Strat’â foglia. We will then guide you in the discovery of typical products of this territory like the ricotta rollò of Caltanissetta, the siccagno tomatoes, and the ‘ngiambella of San Cataldo, many of these specialties are listed as Slow Food Presidia.
