Bar Oldenhof

Bar Oldenhof is an old-fashioned, unconventional bar located in the heart of Amsterdam. Here you will experience an extraordinary assortment of fine wines, malt whiskies, premium spirits and classic cocktails. This bar with its cozy, relaxed atmosphere will whisk you away from the hustle and bustle of life to a more refined time. The dimly lit bar offers the comforts of home in a prestigious atmosphere. The bar is open five days a week, with late hours on Friday and Saturday. Oldenhof is owned by two brothers who go out of their way to make you feel at home. There is a no reservation policy, so if the bar is crowded and you can’t find seating, leave your number and they will call you when a space opens up. Who could ask for more? Well, there is more. These brothers also offer Cheese and Whisky tastings for up to twenty people at a modest price.
The menu is dressed with liquor for the refined and not so refined pallet. Alcohols such as Van Zellers wines, Marolo Grappa di Barolo that is handcrafted and matured for as long as twenty years, Ardbeg, the first inter-stellar whisky ever, Edradour, matured in a barrel for eight years and of course, your classic cocktails.
