Bekannt als „Galerie des Kardinals“, wurde der dritte Saal in den Jahren 1636–37 gleichzeitig mit dem zweiten Saal vom Architekten Paolo Marucelli entworfen. Er war für die Unterbringung der Sammlung von Bernardino Spada bestimmt.
