About the museum
The Saut aux Loups is both a historic and tourist site, an artisanal mushroom farm still in operation to visit, and a place to taste local specialties.
Set off to explore the galleries of the mushroom farm carved into the hillside in tuffeau stone, or come to taste the Galipettes, famous stuffed mushrooms baked in the oven.

Bien conçu et pédagogique : explications théoriques, exemples pratiques et un peu de féérie. Très appréciable de remettre en contexte avec l'extraction du tuffeau. Galerie impressionnante de par sa taille. Bref, à visiter.
