I'm Marcelo Espinoza Diaz and I love all types of plants! I'm from Loveland, Colorado, not too far from Fort Collins. Being Mexican-American, my father immigrated from Mexico like many others in search of job opportunities and a safer life.
There are a lot of ways to combat food insecurity. Planting vegetables, herbs, and fruit in your own garden is a good way to start.
