Ekaterinburg History Museum is one of the oldest museums in the city, tracing its history back to its foundation in 1940. After a major renovation in 1995, the former Memorial Museum of Sverlov acquired a new name and the status of the history museum of the city.
Ekaterinburg History Museum successfully highlights the themes of the urban everyday life and culture of XVIII-XXI centuries. Life stories and ordinary objects are presented from an unheroic and day-to-day perspective, at the same time revealing the history of the city and conveying the spirit and sense of previous times.
Modern technology facilitates visitors to have an instant "teleportation" and travel from the XVIII to the XXI century.
The museum houses Children's Museum Center - a special museum space, stimulating kid’s cognitive and creative activities. There are an exhibition hall, a theater-and-research area and a workshop for young learners.

Странно, отзывов по статистике 6, а видно только один. Вот раньше Быкодоров делал здесь экспозицию, туда толпами ходили и писали положительные отзывы в книге. А сейчас - только скромные фразы.

Очень интересная экскурсия, но только мало экспонатов, а те которые есть - в мелком формате
