On the initiative of Elbasy, the architectural complex "Memorial Complex of the Kazakh Khanate" was erected in 2021 in the city of Turkestan as a symbol of national memory, dedicated to the Kazakh khans - founders and guardians of the first statehood of Kazakhstan. Turkestan was the capital of the Kazakh Khanate in the XVI - XVIII centuries. The Khans were aware of the geopolitical and spiritual significance of this city for the unity of the people, who were part of the young state education. Turkestan has always been closely associated with the idea of Kazakh statehood as the center of the beginning of the Turkic world and a symbol of the spiritual heritage of Khoja Akhmet Yassaui. The mausoleum "Azret Sultan" has become a sacred, revered place - a pantheon of outstanding historical figures: khans, biys, batyrs, scientists and poets.

The memorial is a composition of twenty-one pylons of white stone with a height of seven meters, symbolizing the yurt as a prototype of the historical Kazakh statehood. The entire structure is located on a stepped platform with a diameter of thirty-five meters. Each element of the memorial has its own meaning: the kerege symbolize the people, the uyks-the spiritual power of the law, which supports the supreme power of heaven-shanyrak. And together they make up a single, indivisible structure, where all the components are connected and dependent on each other. This was how steppe democracy was organized. The Kazakh Khanate was created on these principles. Twenty-one pylon-uyk is the number of Kazakh khans buried in and near the “Azret Sultan” mausoleum. There is a twelve-meter bronze stele on a granite elevation in the form of a khan's staff in the central part of the architectural complex, at the base of which are four tau-teke figures as sacred guardians of the eternal rest of the khans. At the top of the stele is the image of the heavenly power, expressed in the form of the sun and moon.
