The Truffle Path winds its way along the shady paths of the trifolao, the seekers of the precious White Truffle of the Rocche, climbing along vineyards clinging to sandy soils and dotted with ciabòt (rural buildings) of all shapes in a ring nature trail. The Rocche truffle is considered one of the best in circulation: more fragrant than that found in the field, it takes on rounded and regular shapes thanks to the marly nature of the soils, a feature particularly appreciated in the kitchen because it makes cleaning the truffle easier.

Bel sentiero, ottimamente segnalato. Dopo la partenza dal castello di Montà ripida discesa fra le tartufaie e altrettanto ripida salita: meglio avere scarpe adeguato. Spettacolare il panorama successivo, fra vigne ben tenute e castagni secolari. percorso breve ma impegnativo nella prima parte. Bellissimo.

Discesa breve ma impegnativa, ma percorso tenuto bene. Mix di meraviglie tra Castagni, Viti, Noccioli e Bamboo, segni di una vita degli avi fatta di sacrifici e povertà, dove tutto aveva un senso.

Non mi aspettavo una discesa così, è stata una vera sorpresa e un sacco di divertimento , con scarpe adeguate e capaci di adattarsi al sentiero, l’insieme dei Bamboo a dir poco spettacolare , bravi tutti
