Resumen de audiotour
This tour shows you the beauty of Angkor Wat Archaeological Park. We'll visit all the must-see attractions, but also wander off the beaten path to explore mystic temples lost in the jungle. We'll also guide you away from the biggest crowds. If you only have one day, we recommend you set off really early in the morning (the ticket office opens at 5 am for a good reason), enjoy the sunrise on Phnom Bakheng, and finish the day with the Angkor Wat temple bathing in the sunset.
This full tour is approximately 25 km long, so we recommend to hire a tuk-tuk from Siem Reap for the whole day; it is not expensive and very convenient. There are several stairways on the route, therefore it's not suitable for strollers or wheelchairs.
A few tips before we go:
Buy your ticket day ahead if possible to avoid the crowd in the morning. If you buy the ticket for Angkor Wat after 5 pm, it will be valid for the second day as well. Take a small backpack with some snacks, sunscreen, and plenty of water - it can get very hot. Pack a lunch to-go if possible; most hotels will happily arrange one. In the Angkor Wat Archeological area, there are many hungry tourists and only a few very good restaurants so you may prefer a boxed lunch atop a temple than waiting in a restaurant. There are, however, many street vendors selling juicy fruit and water.

Nice route in the tour, but very poor information about the place. For each big temple the guide gives you 50 sec of information about mostly parking, tourists and weather and then sends you to the next spot 1km away.
