Museu Aktobe regional Museum of local history

Aktobe regional Museum of local history is one of the largest research and cultural centers of the region.It was organized on the initiative of local historians in 1929. the Stationary exposition of the Museum is the primary source for the study of the main stages of the history of the region.High creative indicator of the Museum are its funds .They have 115 thousand exhibits.The Museum's collections contain valuable collections on Mineralogy, paleontology, botany, archaeology, arts and crafts, numismatics ,as well as rare books, archival documents and photographs.
