Gyumri Friendship Park restoration project is implemented by Tourism and Urbanism Charitable Foundation (TUF) which has been undertaking and carrying out all the tourism programs of Initiatives for Development of Armenia (IDeA) Foundation since July 2020. The park's restoration process began in 2019.
