Áudio tour I - North Courtyard

Amongst the objects on display in the North Courtyard are mill gristing stones from an early local commercial mill, sandstone from the stable floor at Lake Innes House, a boiling pot similar to those used to boil tallow and sugar cane juice, and a circular domed trough where pigs enjoyed a fine dining experience.
