Audiotour Garden of meditation

Hello again! I’m Chari the jay, your guide to Parque Cancún. At this point I want to give you a warm welcome to the Garden of Meditation.

The space has two objectives: to provide you with a place for meditation and prayer, and to give you a brief overview of six of the most popular religious beliefs in the world. Since there are thousands, all are important and all deserve respect.  

Throughout the tour you will be able to get a glimpse of the world view, beliefs, rules, codes and rituals of each of these.

Have you ever asked yourself who you are, where you come from and where you’re going?

Religions provide a few answers to these concerns. All find common ground in similar notions of love, respect, understanding and solidarity between all the world’s human beings.

Their principal message is equal rights and duties for all people. This is where the theme of this garden comes from: “I am us.”

I must tell you, I feel very comfortable here. I enjoy contact with other beings and ways of thinking. We jays fly free and we like to see people in contemplation.
