The audio tour "Art on Campus” invites you to discover the campus of the University of Münster in a new and unusual way. My name is Eckhard Kluth. Among other things, I am responsible for the university's art collection and will accompany you on this tour together with Marie-Féline Malavasi and Luca Scholz, who are studying art history here in Münster. The tour is geared towards growth. Now, in January 2026, we are focusing on the university’s old town campus and the area around the Schloss.
The tour is not designed as a guided walk, so we will not be tagging you along like a car navigation system. Just go with the flow or find your own way using the city map provided here.
And as a preliminary remark: the university has to save money, so this is a no budget-production. We do everything ourselves – with more improvisational talent than speech training. We therefore apologize for any slip-ups, mispronunciations and possible technical bugs.
We hope you enjoy the tour – and we welcome your praise or criticism, which you are welcome to send us by email at kultur@uni-muenster.de. - 1 Introduction/ Heinrich Fleige: Fürstenberg Monument, 1875
- 2 Herbert Volwahsen: Sitzender Jüngling, 1957/58
- 3 Richard Tuttle: Art and Music I und II, 1987
- 4 Giovanni Anselmo: Verkürzter Himmel, 1987
- 5 Babak Saed: GEHORCHEKEINEM, 2009
- 10 Gerhard Wind: Ohne Titel (Reliefskulptur), 1972
- 11 Erich Fritz Reuter: Moses, 1962–64
