The city of Lisieux is known around the world thanks to Saint Therese. But did you know, its birth dates back to the Gallo-Roman era, more than 2000 years ago! Throughout history, thanks to the presence of powerful Bishops Counts until the Revolution, then to the development of an important textile industry, the city has developed strongly.
