Hello and welcome to this archaeological and historical walking tour of Brentford! Our names are Lily and Katrina, and we're archaeologists. Together we’ll be exploring the hidden histories of Brentford as we travel through time.
This walk is about 1.5 miles long and should take you between 1-1.5 hours, unless you decide to stop for lunch or a coffee at the many cafes along the route!
Throughout this walk we’ll discover how different communities have shaped Brentford’s past, spot historic buildings, and uncover fascinating stories of the people, places, and events that make Brentford special.
