Musée Museomix Bern 2015

Following the success of its first edition in Switzerland, at the Museum of Art and History in Geneva Museomix settled this year at the Museum of Communication in Berne 6-9 November. This innovative event invites participants, the museomixers, to consider the museum as a laboratory of ideas. According to their skills and desires, everyone is invited to reflect on the presentation of the collection and transmission of knowledge.

For three days, the Museum of Communications, serves as a playground; a space for innovation and creativity where over 100 fans of culture and new technologies come together to work as a team and brainstorm, think about new cultural mediation devices.

Founded in 2011 in France, this form of co-creative and participatory events already has a strong and rapidly growing community locally and internationally. Each year Museomix is ​​organized simultaneously in different countries, mobilizing museomixers from all sides working together on site and in multiplex for three days beyond the borders. Museomix represents international participation with a very engaged community on social networks in particular.
