Welcome to the Garden of Archimedes, an interactive museum entirely dedicated to mathematics.

The Museum is divided into various independent sections.

Currently four sections can be visited.

Beyond the compass: the geometry of curves,
Pythagoras and his theorem,
A bridge over the Mediterranean: Leonardo Pisano, Arab science and the rebirth of Mathematics in the West,
Help nature: from Galileo’s Mechanics to everyday life.

Besides the exhibition sections, on request numerous workshop activities can be organised for groups.

The section described in this audio guide is entitled: “Beyond the compass: the geometry of curves” which you will find on your right as you enter the Museum.
