Important Note:
You can publish the same tour on izi.TRAVEL as a paid tour (under a slightly different name) while maintaining a private version for your own distribution.

Earn through izi.TRAVEL marketplace sales (Play Store, App Store, Webshop, partner channels)
Generate additional revenue independently through your own private sales channels

How to Generate QR-Coded Coupons for Your Private Tours

Follow these simple steps to create and distribute your private tour coupons:

  1. Open a Partner Account
    Sign up for an izi.TRAVEL Partner account to access coupon generation features.
  2. Use Your Author Credentials
    While creating your Partner account, use the same credentials as your CMS Admin (Author account) to link your tours.
  3. Access Your Tours
    Once logged in, you’ll be able to view both:
    Paid Tours
    Private Tours
  4. Generate Coupons
    Select your Private Tour and create QR-coded coupons to distribute or sell via your own channels. Set your own price for each coupon during creation and monetize directly.
    Important Note:
    You will need credits to generate Tour coupons.
    If you already have paid tours on izi.TRAVEL, your sales revenue can be converted into credits and used for coupon generation or you have to pre-purchase the credits from the partner portal using credit card. 1 Euro equals 100 izi credits.

izi Platform Fee for Private Tour Coupons

When you create QR-coded coupons for your Private Tours, a small platform fee applies, depending on how you price and use them.

Case 1. If your coupon has a price:
If you set a price on your coupon, izi.TRAVEL charges:
30% of the coupon price OR €2 per coupon, whichever is higher
This applies no matter how many coupons you generate.

Case 2. If your coupon is FREE (no price set)
Less than 100 coupons per month: €2 per coupon

Case3. If your coupon is FREE (no price set)
If you sell in bulk (Generate more than 100 coupons per month):€1 per coupon flat.
This is a special deal that needs to be informed in prior.
Write to support@izi.travel with your coupon volume per month
and you will see the adjustment reflected in your partner account.

izi Platform fee to generate coupon for own Paid Tours

If you would like to generate tour coupon for your own paid tours,
35% of the tour price OR €2 per coupon, whichever is higher.

Note:
Applicable taxes may be added on top of the platform fee when credits are purchased through the izi.TRAVEL webshop.
If you convert your author earnings of paid tour sales into izi credits and use them to generate free tour coupons, this is treated as an exchange, and no additional taxes apply on the credits added.
