Audio tour Summary
Hello, we are in Baden-Baden. Today, Baden-Baden is an ancient building, well-groomed streets, parks, luxury shops and hotels, luxury villas, a theatre, a philharmonic hall, an exhibition hall and the Palace of Festivals, a spa house and the most beautiful casino in the world... In short, the settlement has everything you could like and give a satisfaction. We invite you to take a walk through the streets of this amazing city. Today our walk will be a bus-locomotive-pedestrian-funicular, this is the best way to build a route so that you see a lot and don’t get tired, because the length of the city and, most importantly, its topography with numerous descents and ascents are very conducive to this. But we have the opportunity to avoid such trouble, and so.... let's hit the road. We will divide our excursion into two parts: the first from the city's train station to Leopoldplatz - a very busy place where the routes of several city buses intersect, and the second part - from Leopoldplatz to the Kaiserallee stop, from which you can return to the city's train station. Why do we divide the distance into two sections? Because the total length of the route is about 10 kilometers and, taking into account the terrain, it is problematic to cover the entire route at once. And so, we begin the first part of our excursion, as already mentioned, from the railway station, using the city bus. Next, we will alternate modes of transportation and approximately cover a distance of 5 kilometers in about 2.5 hours. We move from point to point in numerical order, we will go through points 26 to 35 on foot. Ready? Then let's go, we promise it will be interesting!
