The Kazakh language together with Nogai, Karkalpak, Karachayevo-Balkar, Kumyk, Karaiym, Crimea-Tartar, Karagash, Tartar, and Bashkort languages is in the Kypchak sub-group of the Tukic languages, and is referred to the Kypchak-Nogai branch of languages.
The founder of the Kazakh written literature is considered Abai Kunanbayev, also with help of the works of Ibyrai Altynsarin and Akhmet Baitursynov they created the initial basics of the Kazakh grammar and orthography. Also, special place in the study of the writing and teaching methods take the representatives of the Kazakh intelligentsia of the 19th-20th centuries, including Zhumabayev, Myrzauly, Toktabayev, Omarov, Torekulov, Shonanov, and others. Great scientists who were studying the Kazakh grammar also established the Kazakh grammar rules. Those were Auezov, Amanzholov, Smailov, Kenesbayev, Balakayev, Begaliyev, Sauranbayev, Zhienbayev, and others.
The museum’s exposition has 12 works of the mentioned authors.
