Audiotour TBS City Walk 4

Target Group

The walk is ideal for those who want to see Tbilisi’s highlights in a downhill short walk and explore one of the oldest parts of Georgia’s capital. The tour follows downhill terrain provided that a visitor goes to the starting - Sameba church - by taxi and is set up as such not to get tired. Trail can be done by any group of people in an hour’s time.

Description

The walk begins at Sameba Church and is organized as such to complement the other TBS city walks – 1, 2 and 3. Excursion follows a maze of dilapidated and enchanting streets of Avlabari, region, that in the past was mostly populated by Armenians and involves a lot of Armenian heritage. The walk ends up at Metechi church where one can embark on other excursions - TBS city walk 1, 2 or 3. Our recommendation is to do this tour at the end as TBS City Walk 1, 2 or 3 are more interesting than TBS City Walk 4.
