Audiotour Skiddaw MTB Route With E-Venture

From Keswick you have to tackle Latrigg first with the first part being fairly steep but the gradually evens out. The base of Skiddaw is Latrigg car park, then up a 'S' shaped path on Jenkins hill along the Skiddaw path to the summit of Skiddaw. Here you can see the surrounding mountains of Keswick (on a clear day).

For the decent you follow the same path down which is quite a rocky decent where you can go as fast as you feel is necessary (minding pedestrians on the way down).

Skiddaw is 931-meters (3,054 ft) tall which makes it the sixth-highest mountain in England.
