Audiotour Garden of evolution

Psst! You know what evolution is? Come and find out from an enormous work made up of more than a million Venetian mosaic tiles divided into 15 individual murals hand crafted in Cuernavaca!  I invite you to take a few steps back, take a seat on one of our cloud like benches to look at it in its splendor.

In each of these murals you will be able to follow chronologically the evolutionary processes of the universe and human beings.

You will discover that what we see and experience now is the result of a process going back some 14,000 million years.

The garden of evolution is an artistic architectural creation which will allow you to gain a better understanding of the world surrounding you, your environment and your reality.

Here you will find some answers but you will also see that some big unknowns remain. What was there before the Big Bang? At what point did Homo Sapiens Sapiens attain consciousness and become self-aware in the company of others?

You might believe that a bird like me has all the answers. Maybe. But, the beauty of science is that it always throws up new questions. That’s how to enjoy it! Never stop wondering!

By the way, would you like an interesting bit of information? Twelve supporting pylons were used to build this great mural since it is built on a 20 foot mound of garbage from the 1980s. This structure will help it stand up to hurricane force winds in our region every season.
