Şuţu Palace - Museum of Bucharest

Şuţu Palace was built in 1835 according to the plans of famous Viennese architects, and for over half a century, it was the center of Bucharest’s social life. King Charles I himself was honoring some of the pompous balls and soirees held here.
Today the Şuţu Palace is housing the Museum of Bucharest, where we can see collections of archeology, numismatics, photographs, documents and old maps, art and historical furniture.
Opening Hours:
Wednesday-Sunday: 10:00a.m. to 6:00p.m.
Monday-Tuesday: Closed
Free admission on every first Saturday of the month.
