Unlike the divanhane on the ground floor, the one on the upper story is not so visually pronounced. It is not raised and its lateral sides are closed by solid walls. Visually and formally it is not significantly different from other rooms on the upper story and it was used as a private, family space rather than a public area for official receptions. The only element that reveals a somewhat different function of this area is the opening towards the central hall which is accentuated by two tall and elegant columns.
