Sciacca's gold is perhaps the most mysterious coral in nature and has unique origins and
characteristics. It comes from the Ferdinandea Island, a submerged island that appeared
and later disappeared right in front of Sciacca in the Sicilian Channel. With the Coral
Experience, you will enter our artisan workshops where you will discover the ancient
techniques of the coral masters who cut, smooth, and work each tiny branch of coral one
by one. Then, they will pass them into your hands to allow you to create your own precious
jewel made of fossil coral that is entirely eco-sustainable.
