The Zurich main station is Switzerland's largest railway station, it hosts several levels of railsways and shops. With 2915 train movements, and 360000 passengers daily, this station is Europe's first terminus station in terms of number of trains per day. The hall of the station is decorated with a monumental 10 meters high sculpture, The Angel protector, suspended in the air. The work was commissioned to Niki de Saint Phalle by the Swiss Federal Railways, and inaugurated in 1998.
