Lake Macquarie Landcare

Lake Macquarie Landcare is a partnership between the Lake Macquarie Landcare Volunteer Network Inc, Lake Macquarie City Council (LMCC) and over 200 Landcare groups within the LMCC Local Government Area.

Local groups are supported through the Landcare Resource Centre (LRC), located in Teralba.

The LRC provides registered Landcare groups with Green Team, Landcare Support Officer and professional Bush Regeneration Team assistance, plants, mulch, tool loans, office and meeting facilites, site visits and advice. They also The assist the broader community with advice and assistance on forming a Landcare group, field days and workshops and other volunteering opportunities.
