Partner Panel Guide


 

Welcome to the izi.TRAVEL Partner Panel. Use this guide to manage your balance, build tour products from your own content or from the public catalogue, and generate coupon codes for your customers.

1. Logging in & opening the Partner Dashboard

  1. Go to Partner Login and sign in with your partner account.
  2. After your application is approved, you are redirected to the Partner Dashboard (Reseller Console).
  3. You can also open it anytime from My Account → Partner Dashboard (visible when your account has the Partner role).

2. Partner Dashboard layout

The dashboard has three main areas:

TopAvailable Balance — your izi Credits, purchase history link, Add Credit, and Update Coupon Price.
Left sidebarTwo tabs: Own tour (your authored tours) and Find Other Tours (search the public catalogue).
Right panelCreate product (stage tours and save a product) and Available products (generate and view coupons).

3. Available Balance & credits

At the top of the dashboard you see your current izi Credits balance (1 EUR = 100 credits).

  • Add Credit — top up your wallet by card so you can generate coupons.
  • View purchased credits — opens your credit transaction history.
  • Update Coupon Price — refreshes tour prices from the API before you create products or coupons.
Tip: If Generate Coupons is disabled, your balance may be too low. Add credits first, then try again.

4. Own tour tab

Use Own tour to add tours you created as an izi.TRAVEL author (paid or private).

  1. Open the Own tour tab in the left sidebar (this tab is selected by default).
  2. Your tours are listed with name, price, and a Public or Private label.
  3. Tick the checkbox next to one or more tours.
  4. Click Add Product — selected tours appear in Tours in this product on the right.

Use the same author email for your partner account so your own tours appear in this list.

5. Find Other Tours tab

Use Find Other Tours to search the public izi.TRAVEL catalogue and add third-party tours to a product.

  1. Click the Find Other Tours tab in the left sidebar.
  2. Filter by Country, City, and/or Keyword, then click Search.
  3. Select tours from the results (checkboxes).
  4. Click Add Product to stage them on the right.
  5. Use Load more if you need additional search results.

6. Create a product

On the right side, the Create product section holds tours you staged from either tab until you save the product.

  1. Enter a Product name (e.g. “Amsterdam City Pack”).
  2. Confirm staged tours under Tours in this product. Remove any you do not want before saving.
  3. Click Create product.
  4. The new product appears in Available products below.

You can mix tours from Own tour and Find Other Tours in the same product.

7. Available products

Each row in Available products shows:

  • Product name and total price
  • view tours (N) — opens a popup with the tours in that product
  • Platform fees — credits required for own-tour coupon generation
  • Generate Coupons — create coupon codes (enabled when you have enough credits)
  • View Coupons — see existing codes, QR codes, and copy links

8. Generate coupons

  1. Click Generate Coupons on the product row.
  2. In the popup, set:
    • Coupon Quantity — how many unique codes to create
    • Redeem Limit — how many times each code can be used
    • Coupon Expiry Date — last date the code is valid
    • Validity Days — how long access lasts after redemption
  3. Click Generate Coupons to confirm. Credits are deducted from your balance.
Credit rules (summary)
Own tours: a platform generation fee applies (30% of list price, minimum 1 EUR per own tour, in credits).
Other tours: credits are reserved based on the tour list prices in the product.
Ensure your balance covers the total before generating.

9. Share coupons with customers

  1. Click View Coupons on the product.
  2. Copy the coupon code or share the QR code (ideal for mobile).
  3. Customers redeem at:
    https://izi.travel/en/izi-credit/apply-coupon

10. End-to-end workflow (quick reference)

Login → Add Credit (if needed) → Own tour or Find Other Tours → Add Product → Create product → Generate Coupons → View Coupons → share with customer
