Thames Street has a long, rich history.  Behind the buildings on Thames Street lies the story of  the people who settled on the river bank when it was still part of New London, the tragic effects of the Battle of Groton Heights, and a small community which grew into a bustling center of commerce.  Follow this quest for a glimpse into the hidden history behind the buildings and properties of Thames Street.
