Navigator Around the World in 80 Pages is a global contest promoted by the world’s bestselling premium office paper and is all about travelling and writing.

Just the mere idea of the word “travelling” brings back memories to everyone. Whether it is the road trip with your family when you were just a child, on your way to spending a few holidays at the beach, a train adventure with your friends when you were a teenager, a weekend spent discovering a new city abroad or visiting your relatives who are living far away, travelling always makes you grow.

Putting your thoughts and ideas on paper, giving your feelings and dreams life through your words, is a liberating experience. That love note you wrote when you were in school, the letter addressed to your pen-pal across the World, the postcard sent to your best friend when you were on holidays or the diary you kept with all that went on in your life, these are things that everyone remembers doing at one point in their lives.

The combination of travelling and writing has given us incredible tales of historical importance through the centuries. And provided a crucial way for the World to know what was going on all the way on the other side of the globe before the Internet made everything closer. But to this day, there is a special appeal that drives us to continue to write about what we see, what we are thinking about, how we feel.
