For decades the Jan van Goyenhuis was the home and workshop of the 17th century landscape painter Jan van Goyen. In the unique location he made hundreds of paintings. Also the world-famous Jan Steen, Jan van Goyen’s son-in-law, worked here. The house has been refurbished based on his paintings.
