He sketched the beaches of Normandy and the rocks of Antibes, the Dutch ports or the lagoon of Venice.
Going up the Touques valley, he leaves paintings representing the Touques churches' facades, watercolors of the Pont-L'Évêque herbages, but it is in Fervaques, with his friends Eugène and Stéphanie Jacquette, that he stays the most often from 1869 to 1897. Dr. Eugene Jacquette (1828-1899) was an art collector, from an old Fervaques family.
Eugène Boudin executed in Fervaques about twenty canvases and numerous drawings and watercolors. Let yourself be followed by an eight-station interpretive circuit.
