On November 7 of 2014 at 15:00 an exhibition was held dedicated to the 100th anniversary of Eduard Isabekyan at the National Gallery of Armenia. The opening ceremony was held in the hall of frescos established by Isabekyan himself. The exhibition included paintings and graphic works of different years that gave a complete picture of the artist’s long and productive creative heritage.
The majority of works was shown to the art-lover public for the first time including the graphic papers of his recent years. His landscapes of lake Sevan and the surrounding, the paintings of historical people, nude figures and woman-swimmers were especially impressive.
The catalogue of Eduard Isabekyan’s works was published in Armenian and English on the occasion of the exhibition.
