Welcome to the eighth annual Art from the Margins Brisbane Festival Exhibition.
This year the exhibition features over 450 works – the largest ever number of entries.
Art from the Margins (AFTM) is the creative initiative of Wesley Mission Brisbane,
demonstrating the Mission’s commitment to a just, compassionate and inclusive society.

Since 2008 AFTM has been instrumental in bringing artists together and bridging the gap between artists living in isolation and the wider community. We have made a commitment to assist artists whose creative development is limited by disadvantage. AFTM currently provides exhibition and professional development opportunities to hundreds of artists living in and around the Brisbane area.
