The post-Impressionist spirit of 1971 is the "Pomona" canvas; where the heroine of Isabekyan plays the goddess of fruit trees and abundance of Roman mythology. At the center of the composition are two female figures in the shade of a thick tree. One of them is the symbol of Pomona to which the women's glance is directed. The artist also draws our attention to it through light. In the canvas there is a discreet, precise definition and subtle poetry of the organic unity of nature and man.
