The National Washington Rochambeau Revolutionary Route Association
The Washington-Rochambeau Revolutionary Route is a National Historic Trail that tells how the French helped the States win independence.
On 30 March 2009, President Barack Obama signed Public Law No. 111-11 which created the Washington-Rochambeau Revolutionary Route National Historic Trail, which runs from Boston and Newport through New York, Philadelphia, Havre de Grace and Baltimore to Yorktown. This trail shows how French statesmen, armies, and fleets helped the United States win independence in 1775-1783.
