Audiotour Trigger Warning

This tour walks you through some popular places in the Towson community and on Towson University's campus. These destinations are areas that hundreds of people funnel through every day of the week. While most people go to these locations to hang out with friends or get some work done, individuals with anxiety or depression tend to be cautious of these places. Through personal experience and consultation with friends, I have made a tour of locations that are potentially triggering to individuals battling mental illness. The typical person may encounter these places multiple times in a week and not be bothered by this. But for some people, these places can elicit a lot of discomfort. This tour aims to challenge your view of these locations and encourages you to see these places through the mind of someone with a mental illness.
